Come Grow With Us

At Tantasqua Regional and Union 61 Schools, we believe great schools are built by people who care deeply about students, one another, and the communities they serve. Across our five towns—Brimfield, Brookfield, Holland, Sturbridge, and Wales—you’ll find opportunities to make a meaningful impact, grow professionally, collaborate with dedicated colleagues, and help create schools where every student feels supported, challenged, and valued.

We welcome educators and staff who bring different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, talents, and pathways into education. Whether you are an experienced educator, just beginning your career, changing careers, or looking for a new way to contribute to a school community, we encourage you to explore opportunities with us.
