Art classes are offered to 7th and 8th graders.  The 7th and 8th grade programs include interdisciplinary units, where the skills of other academic classes are reinforced through the arts.  Students are introduced to a variety of art mediums and techniques, including drawing, painting, print-making, graphic design, and sculpture.  Those who excel may advance to independent projects, such as the mural program, in order to cultivate their artistic talents.
