Your Assignment

Together, your teacher and your class will use the Website Evaluation Tool to analyze two websites. Then your teacher will divide your class into groups. The members of your group will work together to complete the following steps:

DAY 1

Step 1: Print two copies of the Website Evaluation Tool.

Step 2: Select a topic from the list below. Each group should select a different topic.

Step 3: Go to sites for your topic. Complete a Website Evaluation Tool for each site. Some of the sites are real. Some are bogus. Some have a point-of-view. All of them were selected to make you think about what makes a good website.

Step 4: Share with the class what your group thinks about the websites that you viewed..
