Community Profile

The Tantasqua Regional School District is located in south-central Massachusetts. The district includes the towns of Brimfield, Brookfield, Holland, Sturbridge, and Wales. The population is socioeconomically diverse. It includes professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, laborers, and farmers. Income and educational levels are varied. A network of highways enables many residents to commute to work in other locations, including Worcester and Springfield.

Tantasqua Regional High School includes an academic division which enrolls students in grades 9 through 12. A Technical Division is housed in the same building, and a junior high is adjacent.

Tantasqua Regional High School is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
