ImPACT Concussion Evaluation

General Information

ImPACT is an on-line concussion evaluation system. Students will not pass or fail the evaluation but it should be taken seriously as it could affect their ability to participate in school sports in the future.

Instructions

1. Go to https://www.impacttestonline.com/schools
2. Under “Please Select Your Organization” select “Massachusetts”
3. Click “Launch Baseline Test”
4. Enter Customer ID Code (XHSNTYN4YX).
5. Follow the evaluation instructions.
6. When finished, print confirmation and deliver to Athletic office.
7. Close test window after confirmation is printed.

Frequently Asked Questions

• You must have Adobe Flash Player 10.1 or higher installed.
• Turn off pop-up blockers for duration of test.
• Close all other programs before taking test.
• You must start test over again if test freezes or crashes during test.
