If you are moving into one of our district towns and need to register a student for grades 9-12, please complete the four registration forms below.  In addition to the registration forms you will need to contact the guidance office at 508-247-7161 for further instruction.   Our district towns are Brimfield, Brookfield, Holland, Sturbridge, and Wales.
