Support Staff Application

Support Staff is eligible and encouraged to participate in professional development sponsored by Tantasqua/Union #61. Enrollment may be limited based upon the availability of seats and the relevance of the professional development to the individual's role in the classroom. To participate, support staff should complete this Support Staff Application and submit it to their building principal. Study Groups generally are not open to support staff, and on-site college course enrollment may be restricted or a fee assessed.

Copy One - Applicant retains

Copy Two - forward to professional development convener, who will notify the applicant whether or not a seat is available. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis after the deadline for teachers/administrators/etc. to sign-up.
