HONOR ROLL
(For Grade 6 Only)

Students in grade six have the opportunity to be included in Burgess' Honor Roll Program based on the grades they earn for thesecond, third, and fourth quarters.  Along with this opportunity, grade six students can also earn an "On-A-Roll" certificate for applying consistent effort, completing all homework assignments and working up to their potential across all subjects.

Students are awarded certificates based on the following criteria:

Honor Roll:

A's or B's and O's or S's in the four major subject areas:  language arts, math, science and history and social science.  (O's and/or S's are required in all special subject areas and work habits as well).)  An I (Needs Improvement ) in any of the above will eliminate the student from the Honor Roll .
