Literature Study

In literature study students read novels and work in small groups. There are different jobs that are assigned to the students.  These jobs include Discussion Director, Passage Master, Summarizer, Conncector, Vocabulary Enrichment, Character Investigator, Predictor, and Setting Detective.  At other times students work off of teacher-made prompts and study guides.  Graphic organizers may also be used.
